Life is a rollercoaster, one day you are on top of the world, another one you are in bottomless pit. When you have a bad day, it’s time to sacrifice few less important things:
- Miss a boring meeting or two.
- Take a day-off.
- Skip a reading hour dedicated to your favorite programming concepts.
- Ignore social media for a bit.
- Save hottest technology your discovered yesterday for later review.
In other words, just slow down…
Take a breath …
Exhale …
Inhale …
Switch the context. Move to the location where you can be at peace. Slowly, try to find a thought not related to work, finances, or worries of any kind. Yes don’t even think about all the loved one at this moment. This moment is for you only. Maybe remember some pleasant moment or go for a walk during sunset or sunrise time.
